Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Spa Reception Agent to host a calm, relaxing atmosphere and provide efficient service to spa guests. You will manage reservations, assist with deluxe packages or individual treatments, and promote wellness as the final contact for a memorable spa experience.

Primary duties include opening/closing duties, using Book4 to manage check-ins, collecting payments, and ensuring scheduling accuracy. Prior spa resort hotel experience is a plus; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa preferred.
• Customer service experience helpful.
• Ability to use a computer and calendar for scheduling and check-in/out.

Responsibilities

• Handle spa reservations, both packages and treatments.
• Check guests in and out using Book4.
• Collect payment and monitor bookings.

Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include opening and closing duties, utilizing the Book4 platform to check guests in and out, collecting payment, monitoring bookings, ensure cleanliness and shelving is stocked. As a Spa Reception Agent you will be responsible for spa reservations, whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests. This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.

Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues; bilingual ability is a plus.

Bring strong typing, proofreading, filing, and calendar management skills, along with a professional, service-focused approach.

Hours are 9am-7pm 3-4 days a week.
