Job summary

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa seeks a Spa Reception Agent on a part-time, hourly USD basis in Clearwater, FL. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, guest check-in/check-out via Book4, handling payments, and managing bookings.

You will assist with spa reservations, suggest treatments, and uphold a calm, welcoming spa atmosphere. Benefits include free parking, discounted rooms, and others.

Qualifications

• Customer service/front desk or phone reception experience is helpful.
• Office/clerical/administrative experience is preferred; related skills welcome.
• Demonstrate computer literacy and time management.
• Clear communication; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong typing, proofreading, filing, and calendar management with a service focus.
• Hours are 9am–7pm, 3–4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties; check guests in/out using the Book4 platform.
• Process payments and monitor bookings.
• Ensure housekeeping and shelves are stocked and rooms are clean.
• Manage spa reservations and advise on packages or treatments.
• Make product and treatment recommendations to spa guests.

Summary

Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include opening and closing duties, utilizing the Book4 platform to check guests in and out, collecting payment, monitoring bookings, ensure cleanliness and shelving is stocked. As a Spa Reception Agent you will be responsible for spa reservations, whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests.

This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience. If you have spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Customer service, front desk, phone answering, or phone reception experience is helpful.
• Office experience, clerical experience, administrative experience, or personal assistant experience is preferred; related skills are welcome.
• Demonstrate computer literacy, general computer skills, organizational skills, and time management.
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Bring strong typing, proofreading, filing, and calendar management skills, along with a professional, service-focused approach.
• Hours are 9am-7pm 3-4 days a week.
