Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory, hospitality, and/or spa experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff to ensure guest contact is courteous and professional.
• Serve as a role model for high standards in guest service, grooming and uniform standards, and spa service knowledge.
• Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and professionalism; supervise scheduling, training, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Perform host/hostessing tasks by escorting guests to areas within the spa.
• Greet guests upon arrival and check in their appointments.
• Answer questions about the spa and its services.
