Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-richwaters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling WindyCity neighborhood.

Specific Responsibilities

• Monitor staff to ensure all guest contact is handledin a courteous and professional manner.
• Serve as a role model for high standards in guestservice, grooming and uniform standards, and spa service knowledge.
• Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and professionalismat all times.Supervise team members to include, but not limited to,scheduling, training, providing performance reviews, assisting in thehiring process, and administeringdisciplinary actions whennecessary.
• Perform host/hostessing tasks by escorting guests torespective areas within the spa.
• Greet people immediately upon arrival and confirm andcheck in their appointments.
• Answer questions about the spa and its services.
• Be courteous, professional and friendly wheninteracting with clients and associates.
• Resolve customer challenges. Assure guests you willdo whatever you can to accommodate their needs.

This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekendswith shifts varying between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Skills / Requirements

The hourly range for this position is $15.90 - $23.80 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
