Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of spa facility and equipment.
• Attend the Reception Desk for guest check-in and locker needs.
• Gather and prepare used linens for pickup.
• Distribute clean linens to storage areas and treatment rooms.
• Maintain order around spa relaxation pool area.
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup for special groups.
• Keep desk, reception, retail areas, and floors tidy.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Help spa technicians by locating guests and relaying messages.
• Deliver high level of customer service to spa guests.
