Job summary

Kohler Co. in Lincoln Park, IL, invites applications for a Male Spa Attendant at our on-site Kohler Waters Spa. This casual part-time role covers weekdays and weekends with shifts from 7:00am to 9:00pm, supporting reception, linen services, and guest assistance to ensure a five-star guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining spa cleanliness, assisting spa technicians, and upholding opening/closing procedures while delivering exceptional customer service to all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to obtain Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience helpful.
• Customer service related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanliness and maintenance of Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attend Reception Desk for client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers.
• Gather used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American.
• Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Maintain neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring.
• Know and perform proper opening/closing procedures.
• Assist spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests.
