Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado seeks a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa, pool, and fitness operations. You will deliver exceptional guest service and work with team members to maintain a welcoming and professional spa environment.

You will train and coach staff, serve as Manager on Duty when needed, and ensure spa maintenance and cleanliness while staying current on services, pricing, and promotions. This is a full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to two years of leadership experience in a spa or salon facility; experience in a high-end spa or salon preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to guest needs.
• Ability to supervise and coach Team Members and provide training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the spa, pool, and fitness center.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a welcoming and professional spa environment.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Team Members to support consistent service and operational standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Oversee spa maintenance and overall cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, pricing, offerings, schedules, and specials.
• Assist with ordering retail merchandise and professional products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
