Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the spa, pool, and fitness facilities in Black Hawk, Colorado. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• One to two years of leadership experience in a spa or salon facility would be ideal.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the spa, pool, and fitness center.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while working with Team Members to maintain a welcoming spa environment.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Team Members to support consistent service standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Oversee spa maintenance and overall cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, pricing, schedules, and specials.
• Assist with ordering retail merchandise and professional products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
