Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado seeks a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa, pool, and fitness operations while delivering exceptional guest service. You will coach and train team members to uphold service standards and assume Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.

The role requires leadership experience in a high-end spa setting, exceptional guest relations skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years of leadership experience in a spa or salon facility; experience in a high-end spa or salon preferred.

• Ability to work closely with Team Members and provide effective training, coaching, and guidance.
