Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk in Black Hawk, Colorado, seeks a 24/7 Restaurant Supervisor to lead and develop the front-of-house team. You will schedule staff, supervise shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction in a high-volume, luxurious setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B supervision/management experience in FOH operations or hospitality degree.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and guest service skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, discipline, train, and schedule staff.
• Lead shift team meetings and supervise opening/closing duties.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
• Coordinate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations during high volume.
• Step in for line staff when needed and demonstrate proactive leadership.
