Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the spa, pool, and fitness facilities in Black Hawk, Colorado. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.

Salary: Starting at USD 57,784 annually

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the spa, pool, and fitness center.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while working closely with Team Members to maintain a welcoming and professional spa environment.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Team Members to support consistent service and operational standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Oversee spa maintenance and overall cleanliness.
• Maintain current knowledge of spa services, pricing, offerings, schedules, and specials.
• Assist with ordering retail merchandise and professional products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One to two years of leadership experience in a spa or salon facility; experience in a high-end spa or salon preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to guest needs.
• Ability to work closely with Team Members and provide effective training, coaching, and guidance.
• Ability to assume Manager on Duty responsibilities when needed.
• Availability to work day and swing shifts.
