Responsibilities

• Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base.
• Lead, manage, and motivate multiple teams of employees, including massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates.
• Oversee front desk operations and all activities related to sales.
• Ensure each guest receives outstanding customer service in a guest-friendly environment, with greeting, product knowledge and service standards.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain cash accounting at POS.
• Assist in training new team members and monitor performance.
