Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in North Richland Hills is looking for an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to lead daily operations, guiding therapists, estheticians, and front desk teams while driving guest satisfaction.

You will oversee sales, service quality, scheduling, and inventory, coaching staff, handling opening/closing duties, and maintaining a welcoming, high-standard spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections during sales to grow the membership base.
• Lead, manage, and motivate teams including therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff.
• Oversee front desk operations and all sales activities.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service in a friendly environment with high standards.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and manage cash at POS.
• Assist in training new team members and monitor performance.
• Address customer dissatisfaction and resolve service complaints.
• Open/close the store as a key holder and manage inventory and cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; provide training and foster a positive environment.
• Assess performance and coach employees to boost skills and productivity.
• Drive sales through strategic leadership, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Hand & Stone policies and applicable laws.
