Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to lead the team and drive peak performance through collaboration, clear communication, and strategic coordination.

You will oversee front desk operations, sales, and guest experience, train staff, manage inventory and cash, and foster a positive, compliant work environment while pursuing growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections during the sales process and increase memberships.
• Lead, manage, and motivate multiple teams including therapists and front desk staff.
• Oversee front desk operations and all sales activities.
• Ensure outstanding guest service with a welcoming environment and strong product knowledge.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash at POS.
• Assist in training new team members and monitor performance issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, address dissatisfaction, and resolve complaints.
• Work independently as a key holder, opening/closing, inventory, and cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Provide training and foster a positive work environment.
• Assess employee performance and coach to enhance skills and productivity.
• Drive sales through strategic leadership, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
