Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to drive spa operations and grow membership sales. The role centers on leading the front desk, training sales associates, and collaborating with spa managers to cultivate a client- and team-focused culture.

You will coach the sales team, educate clients on services and memberships, and manage administrative tasks while supporting flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Front desk leadership and training sales associates.
