Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to grow with the brand, delivering impeccable customer service and driving sales. You will lead daily spa operations, coach staff, and oversee membership education and promotions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires guiding a team, planning schedules (8-4, 2-10), and ensuring a spotless, relaxing spa atmosphere while delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients through phone calls, appointments, greetings, and membership sales and management.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Spa.
• Manage and drive spa sales performance.
• Assist in developing talented spa professionals.
• Membership education and sales – including sales goals and incentives.
• Promote products and services with passion.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (shifts 8-4 and 2-10).
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Fast learner and tech savvy.
• Create marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profits.
• Perform data analysis to drive business decisions and success.
