Job summary

Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the Experience Center team, promote resort services, and design custom itineraries for in-house guests and arrivals. You will coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest journey and supervise daily Concierge operations.

This full-time, on-site role requires exceptional communication, organization, and a passion for delivering Forbes-standard guest experiences.
