Job summary

Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the Concierge team and drive memorable experiences for in-house guests. You will set up custom itineraries, reserve activities, and coordinate with other departments to ensure top-tier service at the Experience Center.

You will promote resort services and local authentically, maintain confidentiality, and supervise daily operations while upholding Terranea brand standards and Forbes-level hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers.
• Strong organization, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision making abilities.
• Fluent in multiple languages is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Forbes standards to assist guests with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Pre-arrival design of custom itineraries and coordination during guest stay.
• Ensure all concierge and pre-arrival coordinator follow company policies.
• Handle guest complaints related to concierge services.
• Create weekly schedules and submit for approval.
• Prepare reports for all pre-arrival activities.
• Utilize Aspire sales funnel to maximize ancillary revenues.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure highest guest experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency with attention to detail.
