Bohemia Healing Spa in Wichita is seeking an experienced Spa Operations & Team Manager to lead our East location. You will set the tone for the team, develop our people, protect the Bohemia guest experience, and uphold our standards with empathy and accountability.

You will oversee scheduling, daily operations, service standards, inventory, and guest relations, guiding massage therapists, estheticians, and spa coordinators to deliver exceptional, personalized care every day.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading teams in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or service-based environment.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Emotional maturity and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Experience with scheduling/POS systems preferred.
• Genuine interest in wellness and exceptional guest experiences.
• A professional, dependable, and consistent leadership style.
• Most importantly, the ability to balance compassion with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and support massage therapists, estheticians, and spa coordinators.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Address performance and conduct issues appropriately.
• Maintain employee documentation and records.
• Ensure exceptional, personalized guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, daily operations, and service standards.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards.
• Manage inventory, retail, supplies, cash procedures, and operational records.
• Monitor sales, memberships, promotions, client retention, and revenue goals.
• Communicate effectively with ownership and the team.
