Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Spa Manager to lead our spa team and oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, procurement, and revenue management. You will ensure guest satisfaction and maintain SOPs across the facility.

Reporting to the Spa Director, you will implement training, monitor safety procedures, and create a motivating environment that drives exceptional service and strong team performance daily.

Qualifications

• Spa management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of spa operations, staffing, scheduling, procurement and revenue management.
• Familiarity with safety training and procedures.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the spa team through regular meetings and reviews.
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
• Manage inventory to meet guest needs and control costs.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for all spa areas.
• Monitor staffing levels and schedule staff and client appointments for revenue generation.
• Assist the Spa Director with requested tasks and uphold SOPs.
• Enforce staff discipline and support performance improvements through established processes.
• Implement and monitor training to maintain service standards and policies.
