• Manage VIP and resident guest reservations and services with personalized assistance.
• Lead resolution of guest issues and determine appropriate compensation and recovery actions.
• Monitor and optimize room inventory and upgrades to maximize revenue and retention.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on VIP and resident guests for future reference.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and support special projects.
