Job summary

Omni Hotels seeks an Assistant Spa Manager to oversee spa operations with the Spa Director and Spa Manager. You will help lead the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and align service delivery with brand standards.

You will assist with payroll, coaching, scheduling, hiring, and budget adherence while maintaining a professional atmosphere and confidentiality. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Familiarization with Resort Suite.
• Minimum 1 year previous Spa management experience is strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is desired.
• Must be able to interact with people in a professional manner under pressure.
• Follow all aspects of job safety.
• Understand that the job may require bending, stooping, and lifting of materials of moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the spa.
• Assist the Spa Director and Spa Manager by providing leadership to attain business goals.
• Interact with guests to ensure optimum service and translate interactions into improvements.
• Respond to employee and guest needs with a sense of urgency.
• Assist with development of business strategies and spa policies aligned with goals.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll data and assist with staffing decisions.
• Participate in hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling for spa areas and contribute to budget adherence.
