The role requires a minimum of 1 year massage therapy experience, a current license, and the ability to communicate in English with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapist license is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in massage therapy.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Maintain sanitation per State Board guidelines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services to guests to the highest standard.
• Set up treatment rooms and manage laundry timely.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment per guidelines.
• Use professional stock efficiently to reduce waste.
• Start and end treatments on time and follow procedures.
• Ensure guests depart with a completed prescription form after each service.
• Encourage upgrades and target retail sales per period.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
