Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for leads, providers, front desk and back-of-house teams.
• Lead by example, train associates on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Direct associates during downtimes to maintain productivity.
• Ensure smooth flow of operation and guest satisfaction through team direction.
• Monitor scheduling and balance appointments with the front desk.
