Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa & Med Spa is seeking a Lead Guest Experience Coordinator to build and lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. You will set service standards, train staff, and drive membership growth while ensuring the spa operates smoothly and remains welcoming.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for wellness. Evening and weekend availability is expected to support a vibrant guest schedule and guest satisfaction.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends, with close shifts about two nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Guest Experience Coordinators to deliver The Hiatus Way.
• Manage scheduling, service quality, and guest flow.
• Enroll new H-Circle members and drive membership goals.
• Maintain a welcoming spa environment aligned with brand standards.
• Greet guests, check-in, and provide spa tours; own appointment schedule.
• Handle payments, openings/closings, and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate spa groups and on-site events; resolve guest concerns with leadership solutions.
• Rebook guests after service and advise on home care.
