Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret inventory, purchasing, hospitality terminology and Spa terminology including various treatment modalities, equipment and products.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Previous spa experience recommended (1-2 year minimum).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations and lead staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to improve employee performance and guest experience.
• Interview prospective employees and make hiring recommendations to Spa Manager or Assistant Director.
• Audit time and attendance and manage staff scheduling.
• Maintain spa SOPs and inventory in system tools such as Oracle/Stratton Warren.
• Assist guests and staff with reservations, check-ins, tours, and daily facility cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, ADA, and other regulatory standards.
