Qualifications

• Previous spa experience recommended (1–2 years).
• Able to read, write, and interpret spa terminology including various treatment modalities, equipment, and products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Energetic, forward-thinking and creative with high ethical standards and a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the spa areas and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining environment with exceptional service.
• Offer the highest level of personalized service with a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Initiate and engage in professional and friendly conversations with guests and team members.
• Oversee attendant/receptionist staff relations, training, product levels, service standards and linen for spa facilities.
• Ensure spa SOP cleanliness and service standards; manage inventory and linen par levels.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and employee information.
• Assist with guest check-in, reservations, tours, and daily facility cleanliness.
• Assist in scheduling to match business volumes and events.
• Act as a liaison between staff and spa management to resolve conflicts and ensure policy adherence.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of treatments, physiological effects, and contraindications.
• Keep spa area clean, safe, stocked, and organized.
• Describe and communicate spa offerings and benefits to guests.
• Represent the spa with a healthy appearance and positive attitude.
• Assist in all areas of spa operations as directed by management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
