Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain the spa areas and deliver a fun-filled, exceptional guest experience. You will ensure cleanliness, service standards, and confidentiality for guests and colleagues.

You will provide personalized service, assist with reservations, tours, and daily operations, while managing inventory and coordinating with supervisors. A 1–2 year spa background and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa experience recommended (1–2 year minimum).
• Must read, write and interpret Spa terminology including treatments, equipment, and products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Due to hospitality industry, may require varying schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offer the highest level of personalized service to guests and team members.
• Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional, friendly manner.
• Oversee attendant/receptionist relations, training and inventory control.
• Maintain linens, spa and fitness inventory at proper par levels.
• Keep guest and employee information confidential.
• Assist with guest check-ins, reservations and tours; maintain cleanliness.
• Help create staff schedules based on business volumes.
• Resolve work-related conflicts between staff and spa management.
• Handle guest problems prior to supervisor intervention.
• Maintain knowledge of treatments, effects and contraindications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized spa facility.
• Provide spa facility tours and describe offerings to guests.
• Offer beverages and ensure timely service.
• Ensure tickets and requests are closed out properly.
