Job summary

Qualifications

• Spa experience required, 1-2 years recommended.
• Must read/write/interpret inventory and spa terminology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English reading/writing and oral proficiency.
• Ability to uphold high integrity and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations and lead staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Interview and hire recommendations for Spa Manager.
• Audit time and attendance; manage scheduling for events and holidays.
• Maintain spa SOPs and knowledge of treatments and contraindications.
• Handle guest experience, reservations, and facility cleanliness during hours.
• Ensure safety and OSHA/ADA compliance and escalate issues.
