Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain the spa areas and deliver exceptional service in a fun, entertaining environment. You will greet guests, assist with amenities, and ensure a clean, inviting space while upholding the highest standards of integrity and guest care.

Responsibilities include checking guests in with personalized service, knowing treatments and schedules, and educating guests on spa rituals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous health club/spa experience preferred
• CPR training preferred
• Literate and fluent in English
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks guests into the Spa using SOS 5 skills and giving personalized service.
• Maintains accurate knowledge of guests’ treatment and schedules.
• Cleans general Spa areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment and adequate provisions for our guests.
• Assists guests as needed, including delivering amenities (towel, soaps, etc.) and various refreshments in order to provide convenient, courteous, personalized service.
• Educates and assists guests in the use and health benefits of different spa rituals (steam, sauna, etc) and work out equipment.
• Calls Security if emergency situation arises.
• Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times
