Greet guests, manage treatment schedules, clean spaces, assist with amenities, and educate guests on spa rituals while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer care in a luxury hospitality setting. Based at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, you will join a team committed to service excellence and guest satisfaction year-round.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR training preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English; uphold integrity in regulated business.
• Acts as a role model and adheres to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests into the Spa using SOS 5 skills and giving personalized service.
• Maintains accurate knowledge of guests’ treatment and schedules.
• Cleans general Spa areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment.
• Assists guests with amenities and refreshments to provide courteous, personalized service.
• Educates guests on spa rituals and health benefits of different treatments.
• Calls Security if emergency situation arises.
• Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
