Job summary

Viejas Casino is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to help oversee daily spa operations, guest requests, and staff coordination. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, payroll details, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

You will supervise spa supervisors, attendants, receptionists, and reservationists, contribute to spa marketing, events, and calendar planning, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in spa or sales.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate guest requests, schedules, and guest services.
