Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and coordinates daily spa operations including training, performance reviews, and staff discipline.
• Hires, trains, and schedules front desk staff; coaches and counsels to uphold policies.
• Monitors guest satisfaction and reports feedback; ensures excellent customer service.
• Maintains spa services in computer systems and updates member listings.
• Assists with spa marketing, sales plans for groups, and coordination of spa events.
