Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in Spa & Resort Pool industry or closely related field.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in Spa & Resort Pool industry.
• Experience in instructional design, needs assessment, training delivery.
• Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Spa and Pool services and staff.
• Develop team performance through assessments and training.
• Collaborate on development of Spa and Pool offerings aligned with trends.
• Partner with departments to execute events and promotions for high-end guests.
• Manage annual budget, inventory, revenue, and margins.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
