Job summary

The Sebastian Vail is seeking a dedicated spa operations supervisor to oversee daily spa activities and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You will support the team, maintain front-of-house and treatment areas, and uphold high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, or luxury service environments.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-focused communication skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, service recovery, or daily ops support is a plus.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow coordination.
• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor treatment room readiness and spa presentation standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on service excellence and retail performance.
• Train new team members on spa procedures and guest expectations.
• Maintain records related to appointments, inventory, and reporting.
• Promote a calm, professional environment for guests and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and procedures.
