Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales conversations and help overcome client objections to drive membership growth.
• Coordinate daily spa operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience.
• Assist in staff scheduling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to team members and participate in monthly trainings.
• Partner with the Spa Manager to maintain a high-performing, positive team culture.
