Job summary

Serenity Spa in Olympia is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead our brand-new location from day one, building the team and shaping the culture.

You will oversee daily operations, guest experience, and sales performance while mentoring front desk staff and collaborating with leaders across massage and esthetics.

This role rewards clear communication, organization, and a calm, guest-focused hospitality mindset as we open a welcoming, wellness-driven home for Serenity Spa.

Qualifications

• Spa, salon, wellness or hospitality management experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience with coaching ability.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening and ongoing development of the Olympia spa location.
• Oversee daily front desk operations, scheduling, and guest flow.
• Coach and develop staff, lead monthly meetings, and maintain culture.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service recovery, and sales performance.
