Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa in San Antonio seeks a hands-on Spa Manager to lead service excellence, elevate guest experiences, and drive high-volume bookings with Zenoti. You will hire, train, coach staff, manage operations, and partner with teams to meet KPIs while maintaining a warm, calming environment.

We value leadership, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset, with a focus on growth and education of the team and guests. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in a spa, hotel, salon or high-end hospitality customer service role in management capacity
• Preferable with spa booking software and high-volume bookings
• Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

• At least one year of professional experience in a spa, hotel, salon or high-end hospitality customer service role in management capacity, preferably with spa booking software with an emphasis on high volume booking.
• Working experience using Google Drive. Prior experience with Zenotia plus!
