Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa & Med Spa in San Antonio, Texas seeks a hands-on Spa Manager to lead operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive revenue through high-volume bookings and education-driven sales. You will hire, train, coach, and discipline staff, supervise daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and build lasting guest relationships while inspiring your team.

Expertise with Zenoti and Google Drive is preferred; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in spa/hotel/salon or high-end hospitality customer service role in management capacity.
• Preferably with spa booking software with high-volume booking experience.
• Zenoti experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, set goals, provide disciplinary action (and document).
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators.
• Supervise employees to keep them motivated and productive.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness and oversee inventory and orders.
• Educate guests on services, amenities and home care to maximize bookings.
• Communicate repair and maintenance issues to the proper channels.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

• Working experience using Google Drive. Prior experience with Zenotia plus!
