Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Spa Manager on Duty to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced spa environment. The role supports daily operations, drives product and service sales, and ensures the spa area remains pristine and welcoming for members and guests.

The ideal candidate holds a Massage Therapy or Esthetics License, brings strong customer service and teamwork, and can manage opening/closing shifts across a 30-hour minimum workweek.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
• Must enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money handling skills
• Computer skills
• Must be a team player

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and orient them to spa facilities
• Support daily spa operations and assist with staffing
• Contribute to sales goals by promoting products and services
• Maintain cleanliness and esthetic appeal of The Spa
• Work opening/closing shifts; minimum 30 hours/week across 5 days
• Answer emails, calls and voicemails professionally
• Train and onboard new staff members
• Help create and manage staff schedules for the Spa department
• Assist with outreach events to promote performance results
• Communicate with Maintenance about spa cleanliness and policies
