Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Spa Sales Specialist to lead membership growth and revenue across our Doral and West Kendall locations in Florida. The role is hands-on, focusing on conversion, client retention, and building a high-performing team.

You will work with location Managers, coach front desk staff, and engage directly with clients to drive sales, upgrades, and referrals while traveling between two sites as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Proven success in sales, membership sales, customer retention, or revenue growth.
• Experience coaching and motivating a sales team.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, revenue growth, lead conversion, rebooking, and client retention across two locations.
• Coordinate with managers to set sales goals and hold teams accountable for achieving targets.
• Coach front desk teams on sales, closing techniques, objection handling, and client engagement.
• Personally engage with clients and prospective members to support sales and conversion.
• Develop strategies to convert new guests into loyal members and reactivate memberships.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and address client concerns as needed.
• Assist local marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives.
