Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Broward County is hiring a Spa Manager to own the spa’s performance across Hollywood, Sunrise-Sawgrass, or Weston. You will drive membership growth, sales, and daily operations, leading a team to deliver results.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in sales-driven management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coach a 25–40 person team. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; Zenoti experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in a sales-driven business.
• Experience in membership-based businesses preferred.
• Experience leading a team of 25–40+.
• Comfortable with reports and spreadsheets; data-driven decisions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own membership conversion, outbound calling, and appointment volume.
• Coach front desk team on consultations, objections, and closing.
• Drive retention, cancellations control, and net membership growth.
• Lead service, retail, and gift card sales and set KPIs.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and payroll controls.
