Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa seeks a Spa Sales Manager to own membership growth, drive sales, and lead a team across Broward County locations (Hollywood, Sunrise-Sawgrass, Weston). This full-time role focuses on converting prospects, managing outbound calls, and achieving monthly targets during evenings and weekends.

You will coach front desk staff, monitor reports, and maintain brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a sales-driven business.
• Membership-based business experience — Hand & Stone or Massage Envy strongly preferred; spa, fitness, wellness, or salon also considered.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Zenoti experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own membership conversion, outbound calling, appointment volume, and retention.
• Lead a team of spa associates, massage therapists, and estheticians.
• Coach front desk on consultations, objections, and closing.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly goals; drive sales targets.
• Maintain inventory, reduce guest concerns, and ensure brand standards.
• Oversee all daily spa operations from open to close.
• Analyze reports to drive data-based decisions.
