Hand & Stone Doral or West Kendall is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to drive membership sales, book appointments, and promote spa services. You will be the first and last impression for guests, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

No spa experience? Training is provided for motivated individuals eager to learn sales and guest experience skills. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are highlighted throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable initiating sales conversations and asking for the sale.
• Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for every guest.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with our mission.
• Greet guests, check clients in/out, and ensure smooth appointment flow.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and positively.
• Build relationships with members and guests through personalized service.
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Educate guests on membership benefits, spa services, skincare products, and enhancements.
• Promote upgrades, add-ons, and future appointments.
• Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments and assist with inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to generate bookings and membership interest.
• Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and client information.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and spa environment.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations.
