Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a Spa Sales Manager to own membership growth, sales results, and daily operations across Broward County locations (Hollywood, Sunrise-Sawgrass, Weston). You will lead a team, coach front desk staff, and drive performance with an uncapped bonus structure.

This full-time role requires evenings and weekends. Candidates should excel at data-driven decision making, coaching, and maintaining brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a sales-driven business.
• Membership-based business experience preferred; spa/facial industry also considered.
• Strong coaching and accountability skills; conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own membership conversion, outbound calling, and appointment volume.
• Lead, coach, and develop front desk team and therapists.
• Drive retention, upsell, and net membership growth; ensure service and retail sales.
