Job summary

Equinox in San Mateo is seeking an energetic Spa Manager on Duty to ensure memorable guest experiences and smooth spa operations. You will greet guests, orient them to facilities, and deliver personal service while training toward the Spa Coordinator role.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer service, a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics license, and a friendly, proactive attitude ready to thrive in a fast-paced club environment with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and product

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
• Excellent customer service and friendly personality.
• Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Be able to multitask and use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and orient to spa facilities and services.
• Support daily spa operations under the Manager.
• Assist with staff scheduling and onboarding for the spa.
• Maintain cleanliness and esthetic appeal of the spa.
• Contribute to achieving spa sales goals by promoting products and services.
• Answer emails, phone calls and voicemails promptly.
