Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Anna, TX is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Spa Manager to lead our new location, build the team, grow memberships and revenue, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will recruit and train spa professionals, coach the team to hit sales and service goals, oversee daily operations and scheduling, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards of service and guest care.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in spa, salon, retail, hospitality, wellness, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve sales and service goals.
