Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Manager for the Southlake area. The ideal candidate will lead staff across massage therapy, esthetics, and front desk roles to deliver exceptional service and drive membership growth.

You will open/close the spa, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand policies while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Competitive compensation and opportunity for bonuses are offered.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive results.
• Strong understanding of business operations including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections during the sales process and increase membership base.
• Lead, manage, and motivate multiple teams of employees, including massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates.
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address dissatisfaction, and resolve service complaints.
• Open and close the store as a key holder, manage inventory, cash drawer, scheduling, etc.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
• Assess employee performance, provide feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
• Drive sales through strategic leadership, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client engagement and revenue.
• Lead initiatives to boost membership sales, service packages, and product sales.
• Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
