Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Pearland is seeking a Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build a guest-service team, and drive membership and retail growth while delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will coach and develop front-desk and sales staff, own scheduling, and support onboarding and performance management in partnership with ownership. This role requires hands-on leadership at the front desk and in operations.

Qualifications

• Documented leadership in hospitality, retail, wellness or service operations.
• Strong coaching, scheduling, customer-recovery and KPI accountability skills.
• Comfort working hands-on at the front desk and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily spa operations and guest experience.
• Coach, train and develop front-desk and sales associates.
• Own team scheduling and support therapist and service-provider scheduling.
• Drive membership, retail and guest-retention performance through leadership.
• Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding and performance management with ownership.
• Manage reporting, deposits, inventory, ordering and admin tasks.
• Resolve guest concerns and uphold operating procedures.
• Support local marketing, referrals and community outreach.
