Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Pearland is seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a full-time role.

You will coach and develop front-desk and sales teams, own scheduling, and drive membership and retail growth while ensuring top-tier service standards across the spa.

Qualifications

• Documented leadership in hospitality, retail, wellness, sales or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily spa operations and guest experience.
• Coach, train and develop front-desk and sales associates.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Pearland

Compensation: $60,000 annual base salary plus bonus opportunity. Bonus plan details are to be determined and will be discussed during the interview process.

Schedule: Full-time; 40+ hours per week, including weekends as business needs require.
